At Riwana, refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Eligibility:

• Approved return requests only

• Product must meet return policy conditions

Refund Process:

• Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Non-Refundable:

• Shipping charges (if any), unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
